My husband and I are empty nesters after 28 years of raising three wonderful sons, many of those years in our small seaside home in rural Southeast Alaska.
I enjoy cooking simple, healthy, mostly plant-based meals for my family, and have collected many recipes throughout the years. A plant-based meal for us means - more vegetables, whole grains, beans, fruits, seeds, and nuts; and less meat (local fish), eggs, and dairy.
