Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh asparagus
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Trim tough ends of asparagus.
- Place asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat.
- Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.
- Place baking sheet on middle rack under broiler and broil asparagus for 6-8 minutes, turning asparagus over half-way through cooking, until slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and enjoy.
